What the Utilitas hub collects, what Cloudflare may process, and how individual project privacy policies apply.

Last updated July 22, 2026

The short version

The Utilitas hub does not ask for an account, accept file uploads, or include behavioural analytics. It includes Google AdSense code, which may use cookies or similar technologies and process information to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. You can browse the project directory without giving Utilitas profile information directly.

Information processed when you visit

The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare. Like other web infrastructure providers, Cloudflare may process request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, approximate network location, requested URL, time, user agent, referral information, and security signals. Retention and handling of infrastructure logs are governed by the configured Cloudflare services and Cloudflare's applicable terms.

This hub does not add a separate client-side analytics product. Google and its advertising partners may process device and request information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control, and personalisation where permitted. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, advertising identifiers, page interactions, and referral data. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Cloudflare operational logs, if enabled, should be used for availability, abuse prevention, debugging, and aggregate service health rather than cross-site tracking.

Browser storage and forms

Utilitas does not set its own account or preference cookies and does not provide a public contact form. Reading the tool index or Field Notes does not create a saved Utilitas profile. Google advertising services may set or read cookies, local storage, or advertising identifiers according to consent choices, regional requirements, and Google's settings.

Advertising choices and consent

Where required, advertising should be gated by a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Visitors must be able to make the choices required for their region. Google Privacy & messaging or another certified platform must be configured before personalised advertising is served in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

You can review or change personalisation choices through Google's advertising settings. Browser controls may also let you block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect ad delivery and consent persistence.

Links to individual projects

Each project is a separate product surface and may have different features, browser storage, downloads, hosting logs, analytics, or advertising. Read the privacy policy on the project you open. A link from Utilitas does not silently transfer files or project content to that destination.

Search and AI crawlers

Public pages are available to ordinary search crawlers and to user-requested or search-oriented AI access. The crawler policy separates discovery from model training: OpenAI search and user-requested access are allowed, while GPTBot training access is disallowed by default. The policy is public in robots.txt. Crawler directives are machine instructions, not a guarantee about every third party.

Children and sensitive information

This hub is a general-audience project directory and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not send secrets, credentials, private files, or sensitive personal information through public issue trackers or other public contact routes.

Questions

Use the routes listed on the contact page for privacy questions. Include the relevant project name and URL, but do not include private source files or unnecessary personal data.
